Sunrise Airways was founded by Philippe Bayard, a Haitian businessman and pilot, who set out to create an extensive air network, connecting the vibrant capitals and islands in the Caribbean region.
Our mission is to create better connections throughout the Caribbean, where every journey is safe, timely, and affordable. At Sunrise Airways, we're not just focused on flights; we're all about creating memorable experiences. We maintain our planes in excellent condition, meeting the highest safety standards at all times, and are dedicated to providing you with the best customer service, ensuring there are plenty of flights to choose from, and crafting a Caribbean network that's both authentic and eco-friendly.

Since 2012, our mission has been to undertake the challenge of connecting the region, fostering and enhancing ties among members of the Caribbean community to serve the interests of its people, cultures, and environment.
As an airline, Sunrise Airways is aware of the impact of its activities on all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental factors. We prioritize environmental responsibility.
Our targets for 2025 include reducing our ecological footprint by focusing on actions that involve reducing single-use items, managing plastic waste used on board and on the ground, and engaging in responsible corporate and sponsorship initiatives.
Sunrise Airways supports environmental and biodiversity protection activities, notably through its commitment to the Haiti National Trust / Société Audubon Haiti.
