ONLINE RESERVATIONS
For online reservations, we accept most payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc ...) and we also offer you to make your payment through the Paypal platform. These two options offer you a completely secure and encrypted transaction.

For our Haitian passengers, we also offer payment through the Digicel MonCash app. This payment is made only in Haitian gourdes for users of the MonCash application.

RESERVATIONS MADE AT ONE OF OUR POINTS OF SALE / CALL CENTER
We accept most payment cards, but you can also pay in cash in US dollars or local currency. Our call center accepts payment cards only
Amendments and modifications
Sunrise Airways reserves the right to revise, amend, amend and / or modify the terms and conditions of this agreement. Pets on board
Pets in cabin PETC
Sunrise Airways accepts the carriage of pets (cats and dogs only) in the cabin. In order to travel, you must comply with the following:

• Only one pet is allowed per flight, per passenger and per pet carrier. The service is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Pet must have all current vaccinations.
• The pet must be clean and without emitting unpleasant odors.
• The passenger must comply with all the documentation required to travel, both for the departure and arrival destinations.
• A passenger must travel and accompany the pet at all times during the trip.
• The pet must have an updated veterinary certificate, with a minimum of 15 days before the trip (international trips)
• The pet carrier cannot exceed 14 "long x 12.5" wide x 8.5 "high and the combined weight of your pet and carrier must not exceed 8 kg.
• Your pet and the approved pet carrier count as personal items and must fit comfortably to travel with you.
• Pets must remain in the approved carrier while at the airport and on the plane.
• Pets are not accepted on connecting or codeshare flights, regardless of the origin of the reservation.
• Sunrise Airways does not recommend the use of tranquilizers for pets while traveling.

Travel to the Dominican Republic
• Authorized veterinary certificate with a minimum of 15 days before the trip
• The pet must have the rabies vaccine between one month and one year before traveling, it must include the name on the certificate and its serial number.
• You can consult your veterinarian for more information.
Pet taxation on all routes
Pet fee is $ 100 USD each way (+ taxes where applicable)
Conditions
Reserve your pet by contacting our reservations department by email reservations@sunriseairways.net, please include all necessary documentation for travel approval, or call our reservations department for additional assistance.

Sunrise Airways reserves the right of approval for the transport of pets, in case the passenger and / or the pet do not comply with the rules and restrictions to complete their trip.

Emotional support animals
Dogs and cats can be transported or receive emotional assistance, and are limited to 01 per flight. *

Acceptance conditions:
• The service must be requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance and must be confirmed for acceptance.
• When requesting the reservation and during boarding, the passenger must have at hand a medical certificate with the letterhead of the psychologist or psychiatrist.

The certificate must have the following requirements:
• Maximum one year of issuance of the same.
• It must contain a diagnosis, which indicates that the pet is essential for the passenger.
• Name include the full name of the patient and physician.
• Physician's signature.
• Present the vaccination card.
• You must go with a strap or harness in place at the time of travel, to comply with current government regulations.
• You must carry a muzzle on board for the dog to use only if necessary. The carrier is not necessary
• The passenger must travel next to the window, preferably
• You must have all current health documents.

Service animals can be transported free of charge, if they meet the required documentation.
During the flight, the passenger is responsible for the pet and must behave obediently throughout the trip, as well as with the rest of the passengers.

Passengers are responsible for all the documentation required to ensure the departure and entry of their pet, both to the cities of departure, transit and destination of their trip. This includes any additional or special requirements or documents required by the laws and regulations in force or the countries of travel. To have updated information on the documentation required to travel, please contact the health authorities of each country.

Baggage Liability
Sunrise Airways limits the liability of checked items; please make sure that if you travel with your valuables, you keep them in your Carry-on luggage throughout your trip. Due to the fragility of certain items and the transfer of luggage during air transportation, the following lists of items are not included as liability:
