All carry-on luggage must meet our size limits (H 22 in x W 14 in x L 9 in ).

Before you get to the airport, please make sure that your bags comply with the size requirements. Your carry-on should fit into the bag sizers provided at the check-in counter. 

In the cabin, carry-on items must be stowed either under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartments.

Oversized carry-ons will be checked at the gate for a fee. On international flights, each passenger has a cabin luggage allowance including 1 carry-on weighing up to 5kg and 1 personal item.

A personal item refers to a small bag or item that passengers are allowed to bring with them on board in addition to their carry-on luggage. Personal items should always be small enough to fit underneath the seat in front of you. The maximum size for a personal item is normally 22cm x 25cm x 43cm (9in x 10in x 17in).

A carry-on bag is included in the baggage allowance for all international flights, thus no extra fees apply.

For domestic flights, only personal items are allowed in the cabin, so carry-on bags are usually collected at boarding and stowed in the aircraft's hold without additional charges.

If your carry-on is overweight or overstuffed, a flight attendant may stop you at the gate  during boarding. In such cases, they may need to label your bag and have it stowed in the aircraft's hold.

Additional fees may be incurred, which can vary based on your destination and the number of bags you have already checked.
