Please note that on domestic flights within Haiti, passengers are currently limited to the baggage allowance included with their ticket fare. Additional luggage beyond this allowance will not be permitted until further notice.
Sunrise Airways regrets to inform you that flights to Cuba have been temporarily postponed due to pending government approval. The necessary permissions from the Cuban Government are still under review.
We will resume our services to Cuba with renewed enthusiasm as soon as we receive the required authorization.
Starting December 17th, 2024, until January 3rd, 2025, additional baggage will no longer be accepted on flights from Miami to Cap-Haïtien. Only the bags included in the fare type's baggage allowance will be permitted. Exception: Passengers with PROMO (K) and PLUS (V) tickets may purchase ONE checked bag weighing up to 23kg.
Following the government's announcement of the reopening of Toussaint Louverture International Airport, Sunrise Airways expresses its hope to resume flights to and from Port-au-Prince as soon as the necessary conditions are met, including the re-establishment of insurance coverage for both its own operations and those of its partners.
